Depend, a leading player in their industry, partnered with Spellbound to undertake a transformative project focused on improving the customer experience via actionable insights from customer data. The goal was to implement a home delivery platform (subscription model) by leveraging Spellbound's expertise in Direct-to-Consumer design and UX.
Solution:
Spellbound collaborated closely with Depend to design and optimize a complete home delivery platform. By integrating Guthy-Renker's robust fulfillment engine, this new platform empowered Depend to offer discreet subscription delivery with flexibility and customization for their customers. Through rigorous A/B testing, Spellbound fine-tuned the conversion process, resulting in a significant lift in lifetime value (LTV) and increased customer engagement.
